Financial Controller (Q&L, Procurement and R&D) with 5+ years of experience.
Q&L, Procurement and R&D Financial Controller is responsible for providing correct and timely reporting of global spend, P&L, capex and cogs for assigned departments, both related to actuals and forecasts/budget/BPL
Key responsibilities & activities
Secure accurate reporting (ERP and AARO) of global Spend, P&L, capex and cogs as well as visualizing and explaining the main deviation vs target, YoY and QbQ for assigned departments and cogs categories
Responsible for monthly financial reporting and analysis to group functions (ie FP&A and accounting) as well as to prepare the consolidated actuals/forecasts for operations review and be a speaking partner to the operation.
Responsible to drive the financial setup and preparation for multiple production sites and vehicles and growing number of markets
Responsible for the accrual and capitalization process including hour rate calculation and secure timely delivery of input to group accounting in month end closing for assigned departments
Responsible for consolidating total Q&L and Procurement forecast/budget into Konstrukt/Anaplan as well as related cogs categories
Responsible for providing supporting documents to internal and external audits for assigned control functions
Responsible for cost per car, ie warranty, duty and logistics incl local distribution, reporting and analysis
Responsible for duty payment process
Ad hoc reporting and analysis
C3 approver for assigned departments
Requirements of skills & expertise
5+ years experience in financial controlling and automotive business
Strong business acumen
Good knowledge of IFRS
Strong analytical skills
Good at interpret and communicate financial information in a clear and concise way to many different stakeholders incl non finance
Good in excel and relevant ERP and business analytics tools
Being able to plan and coordinate work independently as well as jointly in diversified teams
Good at prioritize and be able to handle ad hoc requests
Good at work cross functional with global teams
