Our client is starting up Application Management services around a data platform and needs assistance in laying the foundation for this.

Kompetenskrav
Ability to initiate delivery of Application Management services and implement relevant processes and ways of working.
Experience from establishing and fine tune Incident & Problem Management, Change & Release Management processes.
Experience from working with and measure SLA compliance.
Fluent in Swedish.
