In the role as a Scrum Master, you will support our two teams working with private cloud and network delivering value to our users. You will coach the teams in all aspects of agile ways of working and mindset. You will help the teams to remove/resolve impediments and dependencies. You will, together with the teams define which events are applicable for the teams and then facilitate those events. You will encourage both collaboration across teams and with stakeholders.

Requirements

• We believe you have worked at least 4 years as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• You have experience in modern software development principles and you have previous experience working in a DevOps context.
• Fluency in English is a requirement, Swedish is meritorious.
