Scrum Master

Your main responsibilities include, but not limitted to:

Coaching Agile Team in self-organization and cross-functionality whilst also driving the team towards high-value output and removing impediments along the way

Helping the Agile team to manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews, prepare and align expectations before and during events

Supporting the Product Owner by ensuring common understanding within the Agile Team

Driving Agile Team, vendors, and customers in the companys Agile way of working including Agile Delivery Model, Azure DevOps, Agile QMS, and Agile Sourcing

Budgeting and vendor management

Working closely with other Scrum Masters in the community of practice (CoP) in the company

Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. To succeed in the role, you have a proven track record in most of the following:

You have a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or other relevant fields

You have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in large international organizations preferably within pharmaceutical industry

You have proven a track record in coaching and leading high-performing teams

You have practical experience in Agile tools such as Azure DevOps

You have excellent communication skills, with strong English fluency
