SuccessFactors Employee Central – Business Analyst
For our client we are looking for a Business Analyst (strategy/process oriented) to work with HR Master Data and Core Processes/ SuccessFactors Employee Central.
The team is looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen the team. As part of the team, you will be developing system support for processes that are at the very core of the HR. While you will most often connect with stakeholders within HR and Digital, the team’s delivery contributes to projects across the organization. Requirement and solution discussions will be part of your daily work, as well as coordination of initiatives inside and beyond the area. To be able to analyze requirements and test solutions independently, you should already be comfortable navigating the system.
A must-have requirement for this job:
Solid knowledge in and experience from SuccessFactors Employee Central.
It would be a big bonus if you are certified in Employee Central, but a deep experience as a super user or similar could be an alternative.
You also have:
Skills and experience in information models and end-to-end process mapping including user journeys/UX
Worked in projects and/or a product context with implementation and enhancements of digital solutions where you have translated business needs to process and configuration solutions
The ability to apply business analysis in an agile context and write epics, features, and stories in an effective format
Great facilitation skills
You would be the ideal candidate if you also:
Have experience from other SuccessFactors modules
Have experience in project management/coordination
Have experience from the Human Resource business domain
Have relevant certificates from the business analysis area e.g., BABOK, Six Sigma
