Senior Project Manager with PEGA experience

Senior Project Manager with PEGA experience in the Banking Industry.

Work task:

• Plan, scope, build up and lead the execution of the programme to deliver the Target Operating Model and the Global KYC Tool, including refining the critical path
• Be responsible for the successful development and implementation of a new KYC Target Operating Model as an imperative to reach it´s 2025 targets and a successful implementation of Global KYC Tool
• Use your expertise and experience from working with and delivering similar topics to provide direction for how this model should be developed and delivered
• While you will not have direct reports, your leadership and stakeholder management skills are imperative for leading a successful programme.

Knowledge and experience:

• Documented experience with the delivery of PEGA Tools.
• Have senior level experience with leading projects or programs
• Have strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills which enable you to lead projects in a complex environment
• Have experience and success with multiple project deliveries within tight deadlines and you are comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Relevant university degree. Background from a large financial institution and experience with financial crime prevention is a definite plus
• You are fully proficient in the English language and strong in packaging and delivering information to varied target audiences
• You are a proactive, flexible and collaborative person who want to get things done
• You have the courage to ask the critical questions.

Location: 100 % Remote/ Copenhagen
