Job Description

The client in the automotive industry needs to strengthen one of their teams with a senior embedded software developer. For this position, you must have several years of experience in software development with C/C++, real-time OS, Linux, and design patterns.

 

Skills:

 

  • C++14 or later
  • Real-time software (e.g., Linux, QNX, or similar POSIX RTOS)
  • Distributed systems
  • ARM Architecture
  • Software Architecture
  • Scripting (Shell/Python)
  • Performance improvements and debugging
  • Ethernet/IP Networking

 

Additional Skills:

 

  • Excellent technical lead skills
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Software safety and Functional Safety for software developers
  • Excellent skills in code quality (MISRA, coding rules and deviations, or similar)
  • At least 8 years of experience with C++
  • An ability to communicate deep technical and complex matters in an understandable way to team members
  • Ability to find solutions and guide the team forward
