Security Compliance Specialist

Together with SAP Specialists you will support SAP Platforms and Teams enabling an available, secure and trustworthy digital ecosystem.

Your main objectives are coordinating IT audit, risks and compliance for the SAP Platforms. Provide expert guidance and advice to stakeholders within the organization on best practices for risk assessment, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant policies, laws and regulations.

Work tasks

• Coordinate external and internal Audits for the SAP Platform
• Support local audit and compliance and regulatory requirements
• Build the action plan according to the conclusion of the Audits, improvements points identified as a result or audit missions
• Facilitate and conduct Risk Assessments in suitable format and support through the Risk Management process and way of working
• Identify, coordinate, support and advise on risks
• Provides security and risk management expertise to support and use as basis for decision making
• Conduct security assessments or review
• Support and coordinate compliance work to IT security-policies and standards for the SAP Platform
• Collaborates and supports teams in the organization to achieve objectives and continuously improve
• Provide security awareness
• Build close relationships and collaborations with key stakeholders

Knowledge and experience we believe you have

• Good knowledge and experience with Compliancy frameworks such as ISO 27xxx, NIST, GDPR
• Holding a relevant certification is beneficial: CISSP, CRISC, CISM
• Experience from SAP Security is beneficial
• Experience must be in the field of either IT Security or Information Security with a risk-based mindset more than compliance driven
• Experience in being a Risk Assessor, Auditor or Security Advisory
• Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution and inspiring the team to improve
• Working according to agile practice
• Experience from large, global organizations
• Experience from Retail industry is beneficial
