Junior Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at Volvo Group Trucks Technology, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding two of our agile development teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-value software. You will be instrumental in fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. You should have a passion for agile methodologies and an ability to coach teams to achieve their best performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Coach teams on agile practices, helping them to continuously improve their processes.
* Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team’s progress.
* Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, line management, and stakeholders.
* Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
* Track and report on key agile metrics, such as sprint progress and velocity.
* Work closely with Product Owners to help manage product backlogs and prioritize work.
* Support and advocate for agile best practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master (certification such as CSM or PSM is a plus).
* Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
