Scrum of Scrum Masters

The Scrum of Scrums Master serves as a coach and leader, coordinating the Scrum teams working on the full Core offer (ERP and non ERP). This role facilitates communication, identifies and resolves cross-team dependencies, ensures alignment with organizational goals, and fosters the continuous improvement of Agile practices across all teams.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum of Scrums meetings to coordinate efforts across the full Core product teams.Identify and help resolve inter-team dependencies and impediments.Promote cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.Ensure consistent application of Agile and Scrum practices across teams.Support scalability of Agile practices within the organization and coach teams on scaling frameworks.Coach and mentor Scrum Masters to improve their effectiveness.Report on progress, risks, and issues to Core cross team, providing transparency on performance and impediments.

Top Skills
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 2 years in a Scrum Master role
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-team projects
Strong understanding of scaling Agile frameworks (not SAFe!)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
Adaptability and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ERP implementations
Knowledge of D365 suite
