The team mission is to give support to the projects with their test vehicles and rigs within the Physical project build process. They provide this based on the broad, deep and solid knowledge both of the traditional and the distributed Electrical system. This in combination with genuine complete bus and company systems knowledge makes an outstanding partner in a variety of projects.
Your main tasks as an SWDL engineer are to support the vehicle fleet with fault tracing and SWDL. You will also support early phase team with collaboration with different stockholders (PD, EMOB) software downloading/programming and parameter setting of ECUs, trouble shooting of complex problems in lab/rig and vehicles environment.
The role includes a considerable amount of work in different facilities both inside and outside office / workshops and includes hands-on work on buses. To be able to take on this assignment they think you have experience from working with electrical and electronics in vehicles and also have a good understanding of vehicle electrical architecture. Preferable you have a complete vehicles knowledge (bus, trucks, cars) and with the complete vehicle perspective to be able to understand the product as an end user. This is a new function in the team that also requires your leadership skills to build processes and ways of working in a software environment.

It is important to be proactive! You are also good at problem analysis and have a problem solving oriented mindset. Qualifications:
BSc or MSc in e.g. Mechatronic, Electrical or equivalent experienceKnowledge in software environment like SW preparation.
Expertise in vehicle data bus communication, i.e. CAN/LIN
Experience in heavy vehicle components, systems, and knowledge of powertrain systems
Good English skills both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge in CANalyser, KOLA, PROTOM, Configurator, Engineering Tool, Techtool, Jira
They consider experience from product development a merit.
