Product Quality Leader (PQL)

As a Product Quality Leader (PQL) you will take part of detection and pre-studies of Electromobility quality issues.

You will use several different sources of information to identify which are the issues that are affecting our customers the most and you will help to prioritize them, perform pre-investigations, and secure that appropriate corrective actions are taken together with the Product Owners. An important part of the job is also to develop our way of working and methods to detect customer problems through analysis of fault codes, vehicle data and data analytics.

This job is specifically within Electromobility quality area. For this position we are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience with good basic knowledge with drive and eagerness to develop skills according to below list:

• Product and system/application knowledge within electromobility
• Understanding of E-MOB electrical architecture, software development process and how to secure software quality
• Analytical skills and statistics. Experience of tools like Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Matlab, Minitab, Knime, SQL, Python, MS Azure, etc
• Communication, ability to provide information regarding tasks, plans, schedule, strategies and org structure to stakeholders, ability to communicate with many people and functions using oral as well as other presentation skills
• Effective decision making, ability to identify key issues & problem
• Knowledge about Volvo group products and tools is a merit.
