Business Analyst – Finance Remediation Programme

Analyse and document current KYC processes by engaging with key stakeholders to understand the existing process flows and the target state
Develop detailed process maps and create both visual and written documentation to clearly communicate as-is and target state.


Description of knowledge and experience:

Experienced in the financial sector, with a strong background in creating process maps for both as-is and target state workflows
Strong skills in visualization, with the ability to translate complex processes into easy-to-understand visuals and documentation
Proficiency in using process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or Mega Hopex to design and document process improvements
Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of communicating process changes and insight in both verbal communication and written form
Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders across departments, gathering requirements, facilitating discussions, and ensuring alignment on process enhancement.
