IT Projektledare (Implementera OMP lösning)

Vi söker en senior projektledare för att leda arbetet med att implementera vår nya lösning för digital erbjudandehantering. Det kontraktsmässiga arbetet har just avslutats och vi kommer nu att gå in i implementeringsfasen av vår nya SaaS-lösning. Under denna implementering kommer vi att ersätta ett befintligt verktyg, säkerställa alla integrationer, planera utvecklings- och testarbete samt ta den nya lösningen i produktion. Detta projekt kommer att pågå under hela 2025.

Role

• You will lead and coordinate the project and manage stakeholders and communication.
• You will be responsible for managing expectations and ensuring that decommission of legacy solution can be done
• Implementation planning and collaboration with several internal stakeholders and teams who will deliver into this project
• Planning, estimating and coordination of testing needed for Golive
• Planning and collaboration with the external SaaS supplier
• Reporting to steering group
• Management of project resources and budget
• Managing project deadlines

Personality and expectation

• We are looking for you who has prior experience of leading implementation

projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Structured, calm with a positive mindset
• Excellent communication, social, information, follow-up and planning skills
• English and Swedish skills are mandator

Experience

• >5 years experience working as Project manager in large IT

organizations

• Experience from PPS, PROPS or other project steering models
• Experience working with SaaS solutions and external suppliers
• Experience leading teams and working with agile methods
• Experience of contractual work with external suppliers

Technical skills

• Experience working with SaaS, APIs and integrations
• Solid technical understanding, because this project has multiple surrounding systems and integrations

Beneficial skills

• Experience working in retail companies
• Previous experience working with POS, digital vouchers and offers
• Working as Project owner or similar delivery lead role
• Experience of SAP
