Job Description
Managing Elvira roll-out (new Finance ERP solution) to Volvo Bussar AB, including: Organizing project team, assigning individual responsibilities, determining resource requirements and aligning them with line organization at BA Buses, developing project schedules that fit the periods when Business Controllers of BA Buses are available and align them with central Elvira program; Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing; Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards; Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget; May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects).
Project Manager on Lead level is a specialist in general project management typically obtained through education and work experience. Manage projects with high complexity for major delivery with medium to high impact on the business. Support teams on how to apply PM expertise skills. Most probably has a certification in project management. Responsibilities typically include: Managing large projects or (end to end) processes with limited oversight from manager. Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
