Job Description

Join a leading transformation program as a Communicator with Change Management experience. In this role, you’ll support the integration of R&D operations into a global framework. You’ll drive communication and change initiatives across multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee transition. The assignment demands fluency in both Swedish and English and a strong background in organizational communication, stakeholder engagement, and transformation programs. Hybrid setup based in Södertälje.
