About Us
The Project Office is a vital function within the Project & Product Strategy Office (PPSO), dedicated to driving projects that significantly contribute to our Truck brands. We work cross-functionally, utilizing top-tier expertise and best-in-class methodologies.

Role Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will join a team of experienced professionals managing some of the company’s most complex and critical projects. While many of these projects focus on industrialization, we also handle public funding initiatives and other critical areas requiring senior project management expertise. Our team is the go-to resource for project management excellence within the organization.

In this role, you will serve as the Senior Project Manager, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Product Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Aftermarket, and Sales to ensure comprehensive project delivery. You will oversee the project lifecycle from the development gate to final delivery, ensuring all stages meet high performance standards. This position offers challenges and high visibility at senior management levels.

Your main focus will be to secure predictable launch for running introduction, delivering a great new product to our customers. You will do that by having these core responsibilities:

  • Cross functionally secure and anchor the programs gates and end deliverables /milestones
  • Follow up on program progress
  • Defining, tracking, and leading activities concerning non conformances in the program – work 
  • Organizing program internal audits and presenting the program target status for decisions
  • Creating the Program Time Management Plan and creating alternative scenarios
  • Coordinating plans with related programs and streams
  • Leading the program risk management work and secure lessons learned

    Qualifications
    •       Significant project management and/or line management experience.
    •       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    •       Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
    •       Knowledge of the automotive industry.
    •       Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
    •       Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
