Business IT Analyst – VCT Enablement & Product Compliance Lead

We are seeking a Business IT Analyst to lead initiatives within the VCT Enablement Product Compliance area. In this role, you will analyse legal requirements and translate them into methods, processes and IT solutions, acting as product owner. You will collaborate with R&D and cross‑functional teams, coordinate and facilitate meetings, manage stakeholder needs and implement change management practices.
