Job Description

Experienced consultant for conducting organizational gap analysis, in AI Governance context. The consultant will identify gaps, recommend improvements, and roadmap; to strengthen from current to more mature state of governing AI, inline with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include:

Conduct a detailed gap analysis of current organizational structures, processes, and accountabilities, related to AI
Stakeholder identification, interviews/workshops to gather or validate information
Summarize findings, develop actionable recommendations and strategies to address identified gaps and develop priority roadmap
Provide guidance on the implementation of recommended changes
Develop a playbook, based on existing procedures and structures


Experience

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in organizational development, process improvement, or management consulting, with focus on Artificial Intelligence. Experience in AI practices in Fashion or Retail industry, with insights into industry best-practices would be highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of organizational structures, process mapping, and AI accountability frameworks.
Strong understanding of AI value measurement, AI risks, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and varying technical maturity. With experience in structuring and facilitating workshops/conducting interviews to gather information.
Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and deliver impactful presentations.
Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
