Development and strategy for the current/agile program delivery and development process.
Independent consultancy regarding the optimization of the software development process, with a focus on a transparent and short delivery cycle, as well as effective integration of Upstream (business) and Downstream (IT operations) processes.

Prioritized software development can be delivered within planned sprint cycles using a documented and established process for business and IT operations involvement. This will result in a more efficient and cost-effective software development.

Understand the current documentation and delivery setup (Critical Delivery Path).
Map stakeholders across the business (Upstream), the FMS program, and IT operations (Downstream).
Explore (through workshops and similar activities) and document the business’s needs for agile development as well as general needs that the FMS program may potentially address but are not currently covered. – Effective management of the pipeline of new business requirements.
Ensure that capacity in sprint cycles is tracked and managed. Document a process and template(s) for how the FMS program tracks and manages capacity and prioritized work (Bugs and New Features).
Explore (through workshops and similar activities) and document IT operations’ needs for agile development as well as general needs that the FMS program may potentially address but are not currently covered. – Revisit automation of testing and deployment across environments.
Document and anchor initiatives and best practices with respective owners for optimizing the program delivery and development process.
