Backend Developer

We are looking for a Backend Developer.
You will be working as a backend developer on Adobe AEM solution.
Working together with our existing AEM and Magento (back-end) team. You have experience in the AEM and DAM products and in DTC businesses. We are working on AEM cloud, hands-on AEM experience is preferred, both cloud and on prem are considered.

Gathering enterprise content management requirements.
Assist in the implementation of custom AEM components, templates, and workflows based on project requirements.
Participate in the configuration and customization of AEM authoring environments, including content models, permissions, and user roles.
Integrate AEM with external systems and services using APIs and web services.(e.g Magento)
Work with AEM templates, OSGI bundles, components, sling services, workflows etc.
Develop and optimize backend code for performance and scalability, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of backend functionalities with user interfaces.
Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, workflows, and deployment procedures.
Stay updated on the latest AEM features, trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes.
Following AEM best practices
Fixing issues in test environments
Assist in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers for code quality improvement.
Updating website features

Top Skills
Experience with eCommerce lifecycle.
Advanced knowledge of AEM, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Jackrabbit.
Understanding of modern UI/UX trends.
Adobe Experience Manager certification is encouraged
