Job Description

Provide strategic support to the Cloud Product Manager by conducting research, preparing materials, and advising on key decisions to influence project plan.
Establish ART, Epic & Feature status reporting and deliver executive briefings to update senior leaders and stakeholders.
Oversee the development and implementation of Epics and Features.
Independently drive work streams including structuring and breaking down complex problems, creating work plans,
Support and mature Product Owners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic project plans and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives.
Identifying areas of improvement
Ensuring efficient and repeatable operations throughout project lifecycle.
Taking a variety of crucial roles in the Cloud area e.g. Developer Experience Epic Owner incl. SteerCo participation or Scalability theme owner
Act as a liaison between key stakeholders, including senior management, change management, employees, and external partners.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the business on progress towards achieving project goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and ensure seamless communication.
Manage special projects as needed, ensuring timely completion and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Potentially taking part in ART leadership meetings

Top Skills
Strong background and passion for project management, program management, product management, business operations and strategy, and/or business planning and execution.
Cloud transformation experience
Lead large, complex, cross-functional projects: process improvement, systems implementation, and/or organizational transformation.
Data-driven decision making with a strong bias towards action.
Ability and desire to run initiatives end-to-end with full ownership.
Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, organized, and analytical.
Ability to align stakeholders with a common set of priorities and plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with project planning tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps).
Ability to meet deadlines and comfortable with executive level presentations.
Flexible team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Experience with scale-up chaotic high growth global change efforts.
5+ years of PM leadership role.
Project management certification or designation desired
