ASIC Backend Developer

As a part of our ASIC Backend Team you will participate in the ASIC Backend & STA of our state-of-art digital ASIC´s, that are part of Ericsson´s mobile network infrastructure products for the coming 5G network. Our organization works in accordance to the Lean and Agile principles with close team interaction.

Skills:
BSc or MSc level in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other equivalent education.At least 5 years of work experience.Significant experience of EDA tools for Synthesis & Timing/Area/Power closureSignificant experience from Static Timing Analysis and timing sign offExperience in low power and UPFGood understanding of VHDL or System Verilog.Knowledge in scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL, Linux Shell scripting etc.)Experience from UNIX/LinuxCommunication and presentation skills in English are needed.Quality-consciousness.Experience with writing timing constraints.Experience with Synposys tool set ( Design Compiler, FusionCompiler, PrimeTime )

Following experience will be a beneficial asset:
Leadership experienceMulti/Many Core CPU Architecture Knowledge a plus
Experience from source code repositories such as Clear Case and Git
Experience with Synopsys Spyglass, Design Compiler & Formality
Knowledge about mobile communication standards is an advantage.
Knowledge of floor planning and physical implementation is an advantage
