Business Data Lead

Our customer, a leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP). Our aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management capabilities.

The program includes six workstreams/projects with supporting enablement teams (development, test, deploy and data) where Lead to Cash (L2C) and Plan to Fulfill (P2F) owns the main scope for first release, with go-live in November 2025. The program roadmap continues with roll-out and further development until 2029.

Each workstream has assigned Business Data Lead who, in short, coordinates the project activities around data. The workstream has allocated capacity from business- and IT-resources to ensure needed deliverables. Team works closely with the data enablement team.

This request is for a Data Lead working with both Lead to Cash and Plan to Fulfill workstreams. Bringing capability and capacity to support Billeruds responsibilities in the delivery. The work will be done in close collaboration with business owners (business and global process lead), business- and IT SMEs, workstream leads, and enablement team.

Main focus areas/deliverables for team to achieve:

• Update conversion design rationale, including mapping of datafields between legacy and SAP, extraction criteria, enrichment scope and cleansing criteria.
• Ensure business data cleansing and enrichment
• Provide mock load data for test.
• Design process for master data management (MDM)
• Contribute in ensuring governance and organization for MDM-area for first go-live.
• Contribute in ensuring long-term governance and organization around master data management.
• Close collaboration with data enablement team and other business data leads in program.

Main location is Solna Office, but has operations spread out in mainly Sweden, Finland and the US. Some travel might be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
· Contribute with leadership and drive to ensure deliverables within the business data area.
· Take responsibility for direct, but also indirect business areas in workstream, that are key for ensuring success for Atlas.
· Work closely with business responsible in Atlas, workstream leads and implementation partners.
· Reports to workstream leads.
