Content Management Specialist

The Content Management Specialist is responsible for the structured addition of content to the Marketing Product Information Management solution (MPIM) according to set milestones. This role involves ensuring accurate and consistent product information is uploaded within the MPIM system. Additionally, expertise in publishing product content in the CMS solution Sitecore is beneficial for this position, although not required.

Previous experience in content management, product information management, or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate and consistent data entry.
• Familiarity with marketing content, product data, and digital asset management systems.
• Proficiency in using content management systems, with expertise in Sitecore CMS being a plus.
• Understanding of data structures and information architecture principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address data discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Addition and Management: Input and organize product content, including descriptions, specifications, images, and other relevant data, into the MPIM system following established guidelines and templates. Work closely with the Product/Market teams to ensure accurate and complete data content.
2. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data is properly classified, categorized, and tagged within the MPIM system. Perform data quality checks and address any errors.
3. Milestone Achievement: Adhere to project timelines and milestones for content addition. Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and meet deadlines for content upload and updates. Provide regular status updates on the progress of content management activities.
4. Sitecore CMS Publishing (Preferred): Utilize expertise in publishing product content in the CMS solution Sitecore, if applicable. Work closely with the Sitecore team to ensure seamless integration and publication of content between MPIM and Sitecore. Troubleshoot any content publishing issues and provide support to internal stakeholders.
