Embedded Software Integration Engineer

We are looking for an Experienced Engineer with the ambition to join a dynamic group that has to develop the Software Architecture, design the software and the tool framework to support our Powertrain Basic SW (Physical signals conversion, Actuator control, Diagnostic, Scheduling, Power Up/Down…). As part of the Basic Software, the group also takes responsibility in the development tool chain.

Main Activities are:
• Embedded Software development
• Develop Drivers and framework to support our Electrical Platform development
• Design Software including Architectural Design in C code
• Verification of defined technical solutions
• Build Software/Architectural Design Documentation and specification.
• Support technical Embedded Software Investigations.

Requirements, experiences needed:
• At least 5 years of embedded software development working experience
• Hands on experience on Embedded Software development and previous experience documented.
• Experience in target CPUs NXP MPC5xxx or Infineon Aurix is a merit.
• Master degree or similar in Embedded Software development with interest and good knowledge in electronics. Knowledge in automatics engineering and/or mechatronics is a plus.
• Knowledge in programing embedded real time systems in C
• Competences in embedded software architecture, design and verification
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• The work requires skills in both teamwork and individual work, autonomy and ability to work in a team is key.
• Open-minded and pro-active, structured and a drive to take the lead is an advantage.
