Description of the assignment
Our client is now searching for an administrative coordinator to create, manage and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for IT department, especially in the Application License Management Area. In this role they see a fairly junior candidate. Previous experience with similar tasks is beneficial but most important is the right mindset, attention to detail and other personal attributes.
Qualifications and skills required for the role
- Administrative experience
- License Management experience
- Basic technical understanding
- Fluent in English, both in spoken and written language.
- Mandarin (Chinese) language knowledge is a plus
