Project Manager

Purpose of Position Initiate – Plan – Lead – Execute – Monitor – Close cross-functional assigned projects to deliver them on time – within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in the definition of project scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the satisfaction ok stakeholders
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project success
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders – Develop and maintain positive relationships with them.
• Coordinate with other departments and functions to ensure project deliverables meet requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry standards
• Monitor and report project progress to various stakeholders
• Project management tools & methods (Project Model, PPM system, Change Management Framework,…)
• Knowledge of project applications (CNtV, IT…)

Key Decisions:

• Within an approved project plan, the project manager is responsible for all decisions related to the progress of the project
• Escalate significant project deviations to project sponsor

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor Level Academic background
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of leading cross functional projects
• Fluency in English
• Understanding of Healthcare / Medical Device industry
• Leadership & Communications skills
• Problem solving Skills
• Working Knowledge of IT
• Networking / Holistic View
• Project Budgeting
