Senior Developer

You will work in a software development team consisting of full-stack developers and UX-Designers, where you together build and maintain software solutions. This is a leadership position, coaching people and taking responsibility for technology is part of your responsibilities. In addition, you are expected to provide support towards the product management function of the solution, by contributing to product discovery, product refinement and road-map development. Together with the team you will ensure that our solutions meet our company’s needs and stakeholders’ expectation.

You are a passionate about technology, have extensive experience of building software solutions from the ground up and regard mentoring and coaching of younger talent as an obvious part of your job. You are comfortable with communication and stakeholder interaction and can describe technology limitations and considerations, towards target groups with non-technical profiles. You have fully adopted DevOps and agile principle for building software. You know what it takes to build a great product from the ground up and your technical expertise covers the complete stack
