Software Engineer

The cluster consists of cross-functional teams with end-to-end responsibility for operation, development, methods, and support within the PLM area and in the Teamcenter platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a team to develop solutions aimed at enhancing a client’s overall user experience across various applications and systems.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of business and technical blueprints, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Customize Software Package Core Modules to meet specific client needs and project objectives.
• Perform unit testing to validate the functionality and reliability of developed solutions.
• Participate in integration testing to ensure seamless interaction between different components and systems.
• Assist in the design and delivery of end-user training programs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.
• Continuously maintain, optimize, and improve existing applications and systems to enhance performance and usability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to incorporate innovative solutions into project development.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills:

• +6 years of experience in designing and developing solutions with Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter unified Architecture 4 tier and 2 Tier architecture.
• Experience working with Teamcenter 14.
• Very good understanding of Teamcenter Data Model.
• Active Workspace configuration and customization experience.
• Very good experience in Teamcenter Server side coding.
• Experience with Teamcenter Administration and BMIDE update/deployment.
• Experience from Teamcenter modules such as Organization, Access Manager, Structure Manager, Change Management, Projects, Requirement management.
• PLM Functional and Testing expertise.
• Problem-solving experience.
• Automation experience.
• DevOps Experience.
• Agile mindset and way of incremental value delivery.
• Very good skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing incl. automated testing, Architecture knowledge, and Technical Solution Design.
• Fluent in English with strong communication/presentation skills.
• Creative, innovative, and proactive team player.
