Job Description

The  client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a SW Responsible for Switches & WPC.

responsible for:

  • Complete components
  • Mechatronics (HW/SW)
  • In-house software and testing

Their mission is to offer solutions for the switches and the wireless phone charger that support their company priorities, with a strong focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing and new parts in current and upcoming car projects and electrical architectures, from requirements to finished product.
  • Develop solutions in cross-functional teams that fulfill design prerequisites and our client’s standards within time and cost frames.
  • Investigate and solve software problems that are close to the hardware, and work to optimize their product performance.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve their goals.
  • Focus on component software and ensure their customers get the best possible products regarding functionality and quality.
  • Interface with suppliers and customers regarding all questions related to node-software, Basetech, and diagnostics.
  • Be responsible for the design of the defined system.
  • Be responsible for the software requirements in the SWRS (Software Requirement Specification) Application, Basetech, Cyber Security, and Diagnostics.
  • Communicate and agree on the requirements with the supplier.
  • Align committed requirements in the SWRT (Software Requirement Traceability matrix) and follow up on implementation status at software delivery.
  • Act as the contact person for supplier and in-house software regarding all application-related software and Basetech.
  • Ensure all deliveries are available at the right level, at the right time according to the customer software plan, and that they fulfill the rules and processes.
  • Handle software issues in the Software Jira system.

  • Experience in using CanOE/CAN-analyzer and analyzing logs
