Technical Lead

Husqvarna is now looking for a technical lead for construction machinery development assignments.

The assignments will mainly be in the area of new product development, product maintenance as well as VA/VE engineering of minor complexity mainly In the field of mechanical engineering for compaction machinery.

Tasks

Technical lead for product development projects and special assignments of construction machinery. Successfully execution of machinery development assignments from problem definition, solution development, verification & technical sign-off for industrialization. Lead a team comprising mechanical and testing engineers. Time and activity planning and ensuring execution. Representing R&D in the cross functional project team which is led by a PMO project leader.

Required skills

Advanced experience from machinery engineering and machine building. You are trained in structured engineering processes such as concept development, robust engineering, value engineering, Quality Function Deployment, etc.

Ideally you have experience from lean and agile product development as well as project management.
You have an academic education in MSc, BSc in engineering and >5 years of relevant experience.
