The iCAR group is tasked with developing, constructing, and maintaining test objects utilized by all teams in Connected Experience for software testing and development. These objects primarily include subsystem rigs, automated Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) rigs, and vehicles. The Update team bears the primary responsibility for ensuring that test objects remain current with the latest hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
- Updating cars and bench rigs with the latest developed software.
- Modifying hardware (ECUs/Node computers) in bench rigs or HILs.
- Updating individual nodes.
- Conducting fault tracing.
- Communicating update schedules.
- Planning update activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Valid European driver’s license (Category B).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
