Brand Insights Specialist
Job Description
As a Brand Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and managing market research projects, interpreting results, and providing insights to support business, campaign and brand communications development.
Tasks:
• Conducting and analyzing research to understand the reputation of the brand in the marketplace, identifying opportunities to improve it, and presenting findings through clear and concise reports and dashboards.
• Evaluating current methodologies while developing new ones to improve insight, analysis, and reporting.
• Communicating research findings, presenting critical data, report summaries, and market analysis to management in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborating with external research agencies to conduct research and evaluating their performance and costs.
• Proactively suggesting and initiating research projects to address key business questions, and managing these projects from start to finish.

Hard Skills:
• Relevant higher education in Marketing Communications, Statistics, Branding or any equivalent degree.
• 5-10 years of proven experience in marketing/branding diagnosis in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience and knowledge in market research, methodologies, and steering external agencies.
• Ability to run brand diagnosis and share insights with key internal stakeholders.
• Experience working in international teams.
Knowledge and interest in different technical systems and platforms related to Insight is an advantage in this role.
• Fluent English language skills (other languages are a merit).
