IT-Support Technician
Job Description
The client is looking for an Operative IT-Support Technician to fill out our two-person site operation at the headquarters. The position comes with a wholesale responsibility of said site, anything and everything relating to the day-to-day operation of the office. With a varying workload and a lot of emphasis on interaction with anyone from executive to receptionist, the keyword is dynamic. Therefore, we need a service-oriented person well versed in communication and the ownership of a process, to instill a calm in the end users. That they are being heard and prioritized. The primary office for this function is in Stockholm, with varying remote responsibilities of our sites in Malmö, Luxembourg and Krakow.
Responsibilities
Standard office functions (Configuring of computers, mobile phones, ordering equipment, managing meeting rooms, printers, network, align and work towards vulnerability mitigation etc.)
Assist with structuring, innovating and evolving the IT-support and Office IT function to meet up with the needs for the end user and office.
Uphold a continuous flow with the patching of relevant operating systems and supporting the standard applications.
Ensuring that the conference rooms are well equipped IT-wise and assist with potential futureproofing.
Support important meetings live to ensure a smooth constant flow of operation.
Maintain storage and inventory for the Office IT-function, to ensure that we are well equipped and ready to act.
Support existing processes such as onboarding/offboarding.
Requirements
- Microsoft 365
- AD-management
- Experience of Operational IT-Support with direct communication towards the end user, preferably in person.
- Competence and creativity to actively troubleshoot and solve IT related incidents as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Personal Skills
- Fluent in verbal and written communication, English and Swedish.
- An active interest in service excellence and a passion to deliver in all aspects of the job, social as well as technical.
- The ability to be self-sufficient, to see something through and follow up on it.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships, to be able to swiftly operate within a dynamic organization.
