Scrum Master
Job Description
The client is looking for a Scrum Master to join their group which is responsible for Driver vehicle interaction. They are located in Design studio, Södertälje, together with colleagues in Industrial design, Surface and Design quality, Prototyping/Models and Ergonomics.
You will be part of a team that work close to our products and have a great ambition to make our drivers their very best and each workday enjoyable.
- Your role will be to act as a scrum master in one of our internal interaction design teams.
- You should enjoy structure, setting up processes and coordinate crossfunctional work in the R&D organisation.
The client is in a transformation and all agile ceremonies is not completely up and running and they are still investigation our take on the SAFE agile framework.
Education
University degree M.Sc technical design or similar
Language:
Swedish and English
Meriting:
- SAFE agile framework
- Experience from running an agile team
- Experience from working in Scania
