Job Description

In the assignment as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruiting support the consultant will be responsible for helping with administrative tasks in the recruitment process with multiple recruitments together with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. Work in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure a qualitative and seamless recruitment process for both candidates and hiring manager.

Tasks includes to:

-Support in scheduling assessment and booking participants.

-Help Talent Acquisition Specialist post ads, set up interviews, process candidates in the pipeline (in job requisition) and send adhoc emails.

-Can initiate registerunderlag before contract and initiate onboarding in the recruiting system.

-Work with improvement work

HSPA recruits for positions within R&D (mostly tech-roles, engineers and constructors). You need to understand the recruitment process and also support the Talent Acquisition Specialists in the talent supply chain at Scania.
