Technical Project Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE)

In the role of RTE, you are “serving leader”, coach and ultimately responsible for delivery in our future SAFe train. Your task will therefore be to coach teams, scrum-masters and product owners in their roles to create the right conditions to deliver value so that the train achieves set goals. As an RTE, you also constantly communicate with other stakeholders according to the SAFe framework, escalate obstacles, help manage risks and drive continuous improvement to ensure train delivery. You are expected to drive adaptations for the needs of the SAFe organization, standardize and document various types of “best practices” and facilitate processes directly related to the train’s deliveries.

You must have experience of being a personnel manager for resources who worked in agile teams. As you will have broad contact areas in our organization and must be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. At the team, program and portfolio level within the SAFe framework. You have good leadership skills, high integrity and dare to prioritize and make demands. You are structured, responsive and have a very good ability to convince and inspire others to pull in the same direction.

Role description:

• Implementation project SAFe for a +350 person transformation program.
• Separate ART between 50-100 persons.
• Be used to and experience of many parallel ART and teams in different contexts that deliver in a Large Solution Train.
• Experience from outsourced teams in an international environment.
• SAFe certified and good knowledges in Jira.
• Note, we are looking for an operational delivery person rather than an Agile Coach. Hence a person with hands on experience and who is used to work in a technical environment and development of IT system.
