Cyber Security

The client is looking for someone who has concrete experience in product certification, controllers, industrial devices to a standard IEC 62443-4-2 / -3-3 certification.

It must be someone who has some peripheral interest in component or system integration. Someone who has experience in finding their way in such a certification journey.

There are many of those who has applied who talk about NIS2 and OT Operations Technology. The manager is NOT interested in that. They must know something about it, but it must be someone who knows something about Device and Products. Manager suggested candidates who have experience with Rockwool Automation or Siemens on the product device side.

The primary objective is to help growing the cyber security capabilities in the client’s Global Product Compliance function

• They want to import cyber security compliance subject matter experience

• Understand to which degree they can knowledge transfer their well established expertise in conformity assessment and certification in equipment safety, EMC, functional safety, explosion safety and radio equipment – into the cyber security subject matter. How big is that gap?

• Their team scope in the bigger picture is to deliver subject matter capabilities for the device/product, and enable the organization to achieve certification and/or conformity with self-assessment.

• They need to build compliance requirements management for cyber security to enable systems engineering

Your skills

• You can “train-the-trainer”

• You can show the way in a tangible manor, and show how to organize and draft procedures to scale cyber certification/conformity assessment company wide

• You can show, lead, coach and train

• You have real experience with cyber certifying/conformity assessment of mass produced device/product. Both for industrial automation (IEC 62443-4-2 / -3-3) and consumer IoT (EN 303 645) environments, and you may have a good idea about how to approach RED DA with EN 18031

Location: Preferable someone who can be onsite 2 days a week in Bjerringbro, Denmark, but it can be solved fully remote
