Job Description

Introduction:

Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with a passion for delivering end-to-end solutions? We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of our Dynamics 365 implementation, ensuring that our product aligns perfectly with business needs. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, translating their requirements into effective D365 configurations that drive optimal outcomes.

 

Tasks:

  • Lead business process analysis and requirements workshops
  • Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD)
  • Define and assess both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Create detailed development design specifications
  • Configure and set up applications, performing Fit Gap Analysis
  • Conduct functional, data acceptance, and process testing
  • Handle functional installation, configuration, and user acceptance testing
  • Provide key user training, go-live support, and post-go-live improvements
  • Offer ongoing support during go-live, resolving any arising issues
  • Train and coach internal users to maximize application efficiency

 

Skills:

  • Experience as a functional implementation consultant or analyst with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Strong understanding of D365 F&O business processes, particularly in finance, manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, transport, sales, and/or commerce
  • Preferably have skills and knowledge within Power Platform and Power Apps.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end implementation cycles, from analysis and design to go-live
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid experience in finance, preferably within the retail industry
  • An agile mindset, with a commitment to fostering this approach within the team

 

Remote work: At least 3 days in office per week
