Job Description

The client is looking for 2 x IT Analyst  in the Financial Sector

As an Expert IT Analyst you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective design, optimization and operation of our systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing and providing input and guidance in the implementation and maintenance of systems related to Transaction Monitoring.

Tasks:

  • Support the shaping of new Epics, and provide input into Capabilities, Features and Stories as we are using the SAFe framework
  • Facilitate the understanding and impact assessment of requirements, architectural and functional as well as non-functional, from business to technology and vice versa
  • Approaching our stakeholders proactively and continuously review requirements in order to get them clarified and fully understood
  • Driving a transparent process for requirements so everybody understands the status, knows where documentation exists and supports the development process
  • Take part in defining the high-level solution architecture and architectural solution roadmap and transfer it into executional tasks
  • Ensure alignment with standards and lead the way for solutions in collaboration with Development Teams

 

Your experience and background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience from working with NetReveal, Quantexa, SWIFT CBM, Actimise, Mantas or similar
  • 7+ years of experience in systems and data analysis in financial services environment
  • High proficiency in garthering, documenting and communicating, e g confluence, jira etc
  • Understanding of ETL/BI/Data Analytics/Data Modelling/ BPMN/UML
  • Formal qualification (IREB, IIBA, IQBBA, PMI/PBA) will be an advantage
  • Experience in agile ways of working as well as waterfall methodologies
  • Fluent in English, written as well as spoken
  • Must be able to lead, train and coach other project members.

 

Hybrid: 50% remote 50% onsite
