Scrum Master
Job Description
As a Scrum Master, your primary responsibility is assisting self-organizing, self-managing teams to achieve their goals.
You will also work with the extended Scrum Master community, including Release Train Engineers to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the teams. In the scrum master role you will be working with 1-2 teams of 5-10 people in each.
Together with the teams the scrum master will develop and test processes, systems, functionality and dataflows within the areas of product value stream.
Experience from Microsoft Azure Devops is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor Scrum teams.
– Remove obstacles to ensure smooth progress.
– Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
– Collaborate with product owners to prioritize the backlog.
– Track and report on team performance.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
– Facilitates events
– Promotes SAFe quality practices
– Supports SAFe adoption
– Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership
– Supports the Product Owner
– Facilitates the removal of impediments
– Coordinates with other scrum masters and agile coaches.
– Enables organizational effectiveness
– Facilitates preparation and readiness for ART events
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Scrum Master
– Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
The role is hybrid, 3 days at the office in Lund and 2 days remote.
