System engineer

In this role your focus will be on the specification, design, development, documentation and testing of automation software.

Desired skills and experience:

-Several years of experience in designing, developing and testing software (preferably within PLC and automation) is required.

-Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.

-University qualifications in an automation related discipline.

-Knowledge about contemporary software development standards, principles and best practices.

-Experience in developing complex software solutions for maritime applications is desirable.

The team consists of more than 20 skilled engineers who collaborate to create automation solutions operating in the some of the most complex environments in the world.

The section drives the development of control systems that monitor and control the steering system as well as mechanical systems such as pumps, hydraulic systems, diesel engines and cooling systems.
