Job Description
Role and responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for incidents related to End User Hardware, VDI & OSD task sequences
- Proactively involved in service improvement and problem management
- Be part of project resource involved in design and project implementation.
- Regular Coordination with Service Managers.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- Good knowledge of SharePoint on premise.
- Install and administer SharePoint on premise.
- Maintain and update SharePoint on premise.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint issues.
- SharePoint support and end-user training.
- SharePoint backup and restore.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and apps.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin centres, including (but not limited to) service health, policies, analytics and audit log reports.
- Microsoft 365 retention, legal hold, and backup and recovery.
- Excellent knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
- Good knowledge of Azure and Power Platform is a plus. Especially Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues including (but not limited to) SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner, Forms and Viva.
- Microsoft 365 support and end-user training.
- Develop future strategies for Microsoft 365 products and services.
- Create new guidelines.
Desired Characteristics:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
- At least 5 years’ experience as SharePoint or Microsoft 365 administrator.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server, Windows Server, and PowerShell.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good people skills and communication skills.
- Good time-management skills.
