Data Scientist

We are working on improving our customer support tools using GenerativeAI – initially directed towards coworkers but also towards customers.

We need a data scientist or machine learning expert with competence in NLP and Large Language Models to support this work, which is focused toward production-ready functionality.

The contractor would be part of a product team containing Product owners, experience designer, software engineers and other data scientists and analysts.

The team member are spread across several sites, both in our office in Hubhult as well as remote

The scope of the consultant services is to assist in
Developing LLM-based functionality exposed through APIs, using ML capabilities such as prompt engineering, model tuning, validation frameworks, dataset handling
Align with external partners as well as internal teams to ensure the functionality is adhering to our standards around data security, privacy and ethics.

Top Skills
Experience in developing code and applications that uses language models, either through open source or closed source APIs.
Familiarity with the emerging LLM App stack, knowing all parts needed for an E2E ML-based LLM application.
Experience with tools such as lang-chain and GCP and/or Azure.
