Design Project Leader – Automotive Design Delivery

As a Design Project Leader, you will manage end-to-end design projects, guiding them from concept through launch. You’ll develop detailed project timelines and budgets across all design domains—physical and digital modelling, CMF, interior, exterior and UX design—and work closely with design staff, engineering, manufacturing, marketing and external partners. You will monitor progress and financials to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, lead project-team meetings, facilitate workshops and design reviews, align Ext/Int/CMF/UX disciplines, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
