As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead strategic, end-to-end recruitment for global corporate functions. Partnering with business leaders, you’ll define roles, drive proactive sourcing and headhunting, manage candidate screening, interviews, and offers, and ensure inclusive hiring aligned with diversity initiatives. You will develop and maintain international talent pipelines, leverage recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes, and thrive in a matrixed organizational environment.
