Group Design Leader (Project leader)- Instrument Panel group

Main responsibilities

• Manage the assignments in the cross-functional team, secure deliveries and results.
• Be the responsible person for the assignment in terms of time, cost and technique. You will work closely together with a Design Lead who lead the technical development together with Design Engineers.
• Collaboration with attribute, design, manufacturing and other stakeholders.
• Anchor decisions, development, status and prognosis for the assignment.
• Identify all requirements within the system area and develop balanced technical/logical/economical/robust long-term solutions which works together with adjoining system areas

Required qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science Engineering or similar
• Experience as GDL/Lead engineer
• Experience of working cross functional with other sections/units
• Skilled PC user and large experience of MS Office, Lotus Notes and KDP
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
