Junior IT Risk Project Assistant

We are looking for an execution lead and driver for an information security project.

This person should be able to:

• understand the project scope,
• identify stakeholders and handle communication to stakeholders,
• work closely with project PMOs and workstream leads,
• give input to resources towards deliverables,
• help develop timelines towards deliverables,
• have oversight and track our progress in the project
• have oversight and track financials,
• create and manage project plans
• handle escalations and issues on behalf of the stakeholders
• be proactively engage with stakeholders and problem-solve to avoid delays in deliveries

Description of knowledge and experience

We are looking for someone with both technology and project management experience/background.

Preference for project management lead or project driver role.

Preference for technical risk/compliance knowledge.

Strong power point and excel skills desired.
