Junior Project Manager – Pharma Industry

The consultant will help scope and subsequently drive the roll-out of the Automated Releases solution towards new SaaS DevOps teams, including managing stakeholders, assessing impact to existing material and processes, creating fit-for-purpose OCM and roll-out strategies, planning and executing appropriate training and training material as well as supporting users with needed hypercare. The consultant will help bridge the communication and planning between the Automated Releases team developing the solution and the receiving DevOps teams across the organisation. This new solution will change their ways of working – also from a compliance perspective – while the solution is still being developed into its full potential, why solid stakeholder management skills are required.

The consultant will need to plan their own work and align with key stakeholders across the Automated Releases team as well as the receiving DevOps teams on timing and scope of tasks. Further, the consultant will bear the responsibility of the roll-out towards selected DevOps teams, and adjust strategy and material accordingly. As the solution is very complex (and GxP), the consultant will be responsible for ensuring that it is explained in the best way possible and that any process or knowledge gaps, discrepancies, or similar are handled proactively.
